Our Story

Ratanshibhai Hashrajbhai Sutariya, a primary teacher, was always active in charity work. That included feeding poor and underprivileged children. One day he noticed a quality problem in the food, specifically the flour. Such food may eradicate hunger once but may lead them toward health issues and deficiencies.

He wanted to make a change and provide nutritious food. But the purpose was not being fulfilled.

So, Ratanshibhai decided to make the best quality flour by himself. He started grinding organic wheat flour and other chakki fresh atta on his premises. Later the products gained popularity and inspired him to give them a brand name. This way, the name Gopiji came into existence. And it is now a well-known brand for healthy and nutritious flour in different states.

Ratanshibhai founded Mahalaxmi Flour Mill in 2015 to provide people with the best quality atta. And now we have a unit with a 100-ton production capacity in Kuvadva, Rajkot. Viresh Bhai, an MBA graduate, is a co-founder of the company.

Our brand Gopiji is among the rising Indian wheat flour brands that produce all kinds of flour of the top-most quality. It includes organic wheat flour, chakki atta, rava, suji, rice flour, cattle feed, and others.

Mahalaxmi Flour Mill supplies products to many retailers in Gujarat and Maharashtra. We also export our products to Dubai, Singapore, Africa, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh.

We wish to make Gopiji a worldwide famous brand for healthy and nutritious food.
